"I invite you a transformative shiva shakti summer yoga weekend retreat, in which we gain strength from the power of the sun and light at this time of the year. Reconnect with the joy for life. It is the ideal moment to celebrate growth and life. Take advantage of the beautiful setting and enjoy walks, talks and lots of mindful yoga. Meet like-minded people and make new friends or reconnect with old ones. I am going to put you on a mindful journey throughout your body and help you find this connection within yourself that serves you to be able to better connect with others thereafter. You will learn how to move actively from the core without hardening it and how this helps to increase vital energy flow within. I am registered as a senior yoga teacher by Yoga Alliance and have been teaching internationally since 2005. Looking forward to our weekend in this special area."

Yoga weekend walks, yoga, chill out. Dynamic practice in the morning, philosophy, anatomy, and physiology in the afternoon, restorative meditative practice in the evening. Claudia is a senior yoga teacher approved by the Yoga Alliance. She has been teaching internationally on retreats and workshops since 2005. A place a lot of attention into each person. Come and chill out with me in July on this luxurious weekend. Enjoy the historic setting, walk up the Downs, immerse yourself with nature or enjoy the fire-side.
